Buy enough and it comes free – and relax that it looks so unremarkable
(unlike its contents of course).
How long does it take?
We try to despatch orders paid by credit/debit card
on the same day as we receive your order and aim
to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt,
but we are not legally bound to do so. Weekends and
public holidays are excluded as there is no postal
service.
In the shocking event that an item you order is out
of stock, we will contact you by email immediately.
All orders are sent courier NZ post (within NZ) or Airmail Express
(to Australia)
Deliveries within NZ usually take 1-3 working
days
Deliveries within Australia usually take 3-5 working
days
Please note that all delivery times stated in this
policy are estimations only and we do not guarantee
that items will arrive in those timescales. This
is because we use external postal, delivery or courier
services and we cannot be responsible for delays
that are caused by circumstances outside of our control.
How much does it cost?
NZ and AU Delivery:
On all orders for goods worth $85 or over, we
are delighted to offer free delivery.
Orders less than $85 will cost $6.95

What will my parcel look like?
Discretion and your privacy are hugely important to us, so all MBMC parcels sent to you are as ordinary looking as possible. No eyebrows will be raised – no
curiosity aroused by the standard-looking boxes or padded envelopes. No Yes® on
the outside, and the return address on your order (which we are required to provide) will show as: MBMC PO Box 20021 Summerhill, Palmerston Nth 4448 New Zealand.

No logos - no idea what is in the packaging and certainly no signs saying “no lube in here” either. |

What will my bank / credit card statement say?
All transactions will state MBMC. Neither My Body My Choice nor Yes® nor
Yes® Lube will appear on your bank or card statements.
What if I change my mind and no longer want the goods?
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by notifying us by email to yesorders@gmail.com:

At any time before we have despatched the goods to you; or |

Where goods have already been despatched to you, within 21 days of your receiving the goods for any reason, provided that the goods have not been used. Due to the nature of our products, if the tamper proof seal has been broken you will be deemed to have used the goods. |
If you have had the goods longer than 21 days you can only cancel the order where the goods are faulty.
If you cancel your order you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.
On cancellation of your order, you must return the goods to us in the same condition in which they were received. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, except where they have been rejected because they are faulty or if they were not what you ordered. If for any reason we have to pay to recover the goods, we shall be entitled to deduct the costs of recovery from any refund or exchange credit due to you.
